Immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere of Heartwood Retreat Center as you delve into the art of Thai Bodywork under the expert guidance of Christina Law, whose journey began in Thailand two decades ago.
Enjoy an all-inclusive package featuring three daily meals, comfortable accommodations, and immersive training sessions. The program kicks off at 10am Thursday and concludes at 5pm on Sunday.
No prior bodywork experience is required, although familiarity with Yoga Teacher Training can enrich your experience. Throughout the training, you'll master a 60-minute sequence and receive a comprehensive manual covering all Thai bodywork positions. Collaborate with 14 peers to refine your skills, explore diverse body types, and discover additional poses beyond the sequence.
Immerse yourself in a weekend filled with like-minded individuals, nourishing cuisine, and the profound healing essence of Thai Bodywork. Our schedule also includes optional yoga, meditation, Qi Gong, and breathwork sessions, as well as ample time for integration, sauna, hot tub, hiking, relaxation, and fostering connections within our community of kindred spirits.
