This isnât about perfect poses â itâs about fresh air, community, and that joyful moment when a goat trots by and everyone forgets what they were doing and starts smiling.
Our all-levels classes are designed to be welcoming whether youâre a total beginner or a seasoned yogi. Expect a gentle, feel-good flow, plenty of goat visits, and time after class for photos and cuddles with your new four-legged workout buddies.
