Welcome to TGG Goat Yoga… The One Where You Find Your Balance 🐐💚🧘♀️Stretch, breathe, and laugh your way through outdoor yoga while our friendly little scene-stealers wander, snuggle, and occasionally decide your mat is the best seat in the house. This isn’t about perfect poses — it’s about fresh air, community, and that joyful moment when a goat trots by and everyone forgets what they were doing and starts smiling.
Our all-levels classes are designed to be welcoming whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned yogi. Expect a gentle, feel-good flow, plenty of goat visits, and time after class for photos and cuddles with your new four-legged workout buddies.
