This hands-on workshop facilitated by Malinda Blank will guide participants through the art of creating mood boards as a tool for uncovering and defining their unique design aesthetic. You'll learn the fundamentals of composition and color theory, then apply those principles to collage your own mood board. Whether you're planning a space, designing a project, or simply exploring your personal style, this workshop will help you turn inspiration into a cohesive visual narrative. Plus, every participant will receive a color wheel to take home—perfect for future design projects!

Drafts and Design is a partnership program among Tulsa Foundation for Architecture and Tulsa breweries that invites guests to participate in a wide variety of hands-on design workshops while enjoying locally crafted beer. From turning historic Tulsa photos into original works of art through hand-tinting to creating abstract punch needle wall hangings, Drafts and Design offers something unique for everyone. Workshops include all necessary supplies and tools and are led by expert facilitators. A variety of local beers may be purchased to enjoy during each workshop directly from the brewery.

ON WORKSHOP DAY: Please arrive early to grab a beverage and and get checked in. Instruction will begin promptly at 6:00 pm.

TICKET INFORMATION: Tickets for this workshop are $28 for not yet members and $21 for members (25% discount). All necessary supplies are included. Participants will go home with their own color wheel!
