Texas VegFest 2026
Mark your calendars! The annual Texas VegFest is set for Saturday September 12th, 2026 in Austin, Texas!
Texas VegFest offers educational lectures, cooking demos, youth activities, amazing food, live music, and more, all FREE to the public.
Celebrate our 11th annual event between 11am and 6pm at Fiesta Gardens with free cooking demonstrations by Jesus Mendoza (Mr. Natural), Hannah Kaminsky (Bittersweet Vegan), and Gabby Martinez (Casa de Luz East). Indulge in delicious food by Bhakti Bites, Gati, Bodhi Viet Vegan, Zucchini K*ll Bakery, Dumpling Haus, Celeste's Bests, and more! Engage with various vendors and activities from Allied Scholars for Animal Protection, Austin/Travis County Food Plan, Black Medicine Collective, Sustainable Food Center, Plant Powered Athlete, Central Texas Mycological Society, and even more participants!
Don't miss out on the fun, we are STILL accepting all levels of participants. Sponsorship, volunteer, nonprofit tables, music sets, vendor space, and room for activities are available through August 25th.
Texas VegFest provides free educational resources to the public focused on the health, environmental, and animal benefits of plant-based diets. We've attracted a base of 5,000 attendees each year for over 10 years.
