The Austin comedy scene is exploding, with comedians from all over the nation flocking to our city. The Velv is the longest-running comedy club in town, showcasing the best comics Austin has to offer for over 37 years!
Every Thursday at 8:30 we assemble an All-Star group of comics that you've seen on SXSW, the Moontower Comedy Festival, and more! These lineups have been carefully curated, featuring a good mix of established headliners and the hottest up-and-coming comics in town. With the latest uptick of famous comics moving to Austin, you never know who may drop in unannounced!
The Velveeta Room has been a constant presence in the local comedy scene, helping foster talent for nearly four decades.
