The HETMA Roadshow brings higher education technology professionals together with leading AV manufacturers and technology partners for an interactive Professional AV Technology Showcase. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect directly with industry experts, see the latest AV solutions in action, ask questions, and explore technologies that can help transform classrooms, learning spaces, meeting environments, and campus events.

The day goes beyond the showcase. Attendees will get an inside look at Texas State University through a guided campus technology tour that highlights innovative spaces and real-world applications of AV and learning technologies. The day will conclude with an engaging education session designed to provide practical knowledge and ideas that attendees can take back to their own campuses.
