Registration Instructions

To register your child for free services, please include the following information for each child:

• Child’s First Name

• Child’s Last Name

• Parent/Guardian Email &Phone Number

Please submit one registration per child to help us maintain accurate counts.

Important Registration Information

• Pre-registration is mandatory due to limited availability.
• Haircut number assignments will be given at check-in on event day.
• Haircuts will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis within registered participants.
• Please arrive early for check-in to secure your child’s place in line.

Backpack Giveaway Policy

🎒 Backpacks will be distributed only to children who are physically present at the event.

To ensure fairness to all families:

• No holding backpacks for absent children
• One backpack per child
• Backpacks available while supplies last

Event Guidelines

To help us create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

• Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times

• Please follow all event staff instructions

• Respect vendors, volunteers, and community partners

• No aggressive or disruptive behavior will be tolerated
