Every year the city of McAllen hosts an event aimed at celebrating the importance of recycling in Texas. The event attracts people from all over the Rio Grande Valley and encourages adjacent cities to participate in recycling practices in our community. This year Texas Recycles Our event will be held on November 16, 2024 and is absolutely free to attend for everyone. Come and become a recycling expert while having fun! This year our event will be held Saturday EVENING.
