Test the Water night is a 'tryout' for new swimmers. The coaches can evaluate the swimmer's abilities. They will be evaluating the swimmers' willingness to put their face in the water, how they listen to instruction, willingness to attempt a 25M swim (one length of the pool) and completing a 25M with stopping less than three times.

Please understand that swimming for a swim team is much different than your child(ren) swimming in the pool all afternoon.
My youngest went through this process two years ago and it was clear she was not ready for the swim team.
Please make sure your child has a bathing suit, goggles, and their hair pulled back.
