🇬🇧Please join us on Run Day to make Terry’s dream of creating a world without cancer a reality.
Join us on September 20th for our Tenth Terry Fox Run Madrid to raise funds to support The Terry Fox Foundation in its ongoing work to fund innovative and progressive cancer research programs. ALL profits from shirt sales and donations go directly to The Terry Fox Foundation, a non-profit committed to developing new methods and treatments for the elimination of cancer.
We will be hosting a 2k Walk & Kids Fun Run, a 3.5k Run, and a 5k Run. These are open courses, meaning roads will NOT be closed. We will be responsible for obeying all traffic laws and regulations. Each route will start and end at the front steps of the Templo de Debod and show off the park and the surrounding neighborhoods. We will have volunteers along with each event to help you know where to go. There will be free lemonade for the children after the Walk.
Both runners and walkers, young and old, can be sponsored either by the kilometer or the entire distance. You can also sponsor people walking and running if you reside outside Madrid or even in Spain. Also, we can ship Terry Fox Run Madrid shirts worldwide, for the cost of postage.
