Join Calflorium to learn the basics of creating your own terrariums including how they work, plant selection, design, and maintenance. Using common houseplants and both natural and hand-crafted elements, this class will encourage your creativity and green thumb as a plant enthusiast! Take home your terrarium after class and add it to your personal plant world!

Attendees will receive a 1 gallon glass vase (with lid) to use and take home. All soil, hardscape elements (wood, stone, other decorations), and utensils needed to craft your terrarium will be provided. Each terrarium will also be given a portion of springtails (tiny insects that are nature's cleanup crew) to start its own colony.
