Terrace party + special menu // The Garden invites: molnarchef // kazal

Belvárosi gasztro terasz partyt tartunk a The Gardenben! Mi szervezzük, de náluk, szóval nem tiszta, hogy ki a házigazda - de talán nem is ez a fontos.
Az eseményen Molnár Zsolt (@molnar.chef) vendégséf menüjét kóstolhatjátok:
- Lágyan fűszerezett párolt padlizsán, daikon, gőzölt zsemle
- Tépett laskagomba, savanyított zöldségek, gyömbéres majonéz, kézműves buci
Frissítő pet-natokkal, kombuchákkal és vízikefírekkel öblíthetitek majd le a különleges ételeket.
Egy igazi terasz partyhoz elengedhetetlen a jó zene, így az is végig biztosítva lesz.
Nem kell semmit se hoznotok, csak étvágyat!

We’re hosting a downtown gastro terrace party at The Garden! We’re organizing it, but it’s at their venue, so it’s not entirely clear who the host is - but maybe that’s not what matters.
At the event, you can try the menu created by guest chef Zsolt Molnár (@molnar.chef):
- Gently spiced braised eggplant, daikon, steamed buns
- Shredded oyster mushrooms, pickled vegetables, ginger mayonnaise, artisan buns
You’ll be able to wash down these special dishes with refreshing pet-nats, kombuchas, and water kefirs.
Good music is essential for a real terrace party, so that will be provided throughout the event.
You don’t need to bring anything - just your appetite!
