Once again, Taberna del Alabardero is proud to present its monthly wine dinner, an event that has become a celebrated highlight for our guests. Each month, we feature prestigious figures from the wine world and craft a menu designed to showcase exceptional bottles alongside our traditional Spanish cuisine.

This month, we are honored to host “The Terra Nostra Selection,” an evening dedicated to the incredible diversity of Spain’s viticultural landscape. We are thrilled to welcome José V. Canto, a professional with an extensive and distinguished trajectory in the international wine industry. As the driving force behind Terra Nostra, José has spent decades identifying and championing estate-grown wines that capture the true essence of their origin.

On this exclusive night, José will guide us through a journey across the Iberian Peninsula, sharing his deep knowledge of multiple regions—from the Mediterranean influence of Catalonia and the Atlantic freshness of Galicia to the prestigious terroirs of Rioja Alavesa and Ribera del Duero.

• Rossinyol de Moragas Brut Rosat N/V (DO Cava)

A particular highlight of the evening will be the exploration of the Viñedo Singular classification from Juan Valdelana, representing the highest tier of terroir-driven winemaking in Rioja, as well as the legendary craftsmanship of Valsotillo, one of the founding pillars of Ribera del Duero.
