Set eleven years after The Terminator, Judgment Day finds young John Connor (Edward Furlong), future leader of the resistance against Skynet, the rogue AI system that will one day destroy humanity, targeted by a terrifying new enemy: the T-1000, a liquid-metal shape-shifter sent from the future to eliminate him before he can rise up.
His only hope? A reprogrammed T-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger), back and better than ever—sent to protect him, alongside his fiercely determined mother, Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton).
