🤔Looking for a multi-level group yoga class for September?
😄I run group yoga classes both in my cosy garden room and also Bedgrove Junior School.
Term 1 classes start the week of September 1st and run through to mid-December.
Classes suit both beginners and experienced yogis and include a combination of vinyasa flow yoga (postures linked to the breath), functional body-weight training and somatic movement. The combination of all 3 helps to strengthen, mobilise and build flexibility as well as calm and soothe the mind.
I have been a yoga teacher (and student) for over 10 years, so am very experienced creating yoga classes that are multi-levelled, fun and creative, helping you to move and feel better inside and out.
