We are SO excited to share a potential upcoming opportunity for our homeschool community!We have submitted a request for the Georgia Ag Experience Mobile Classroom to visit us for an immersive, hands-on STEM learning experience—and we are currently pending confirmation for August 14, 2026 🤞
📍 Location: Meridian Park (Loganville, GA)
📅 Tentative Date: August 14, 2026 (Times- TBD)
👩🎓 Ages: 3rd–5th Grade
👥 Group Size: ~10–25 students

🌱 What is the Georgia Ag Experience?
The Georgia Ag Experience is a mobile STEM classroom that brings agriculture to life through interactive, technology-based learning. Since 2021, it has reached over 45,000 students across Georgia!
This program is designed specifically for 3rd–5th grade students and aligns with Georgia state standards.
🔬 What Students Will Experience:
✔️ Pre-Lesson (before visit)
Students will learn foundational concepts about Georgia agriculture
✔️ On-Site Experience (1 hour)
Students rotate through engaging stations including:
• Peanuts & Pecans
• Cotton & Forestry
• Poultry, Beef & Dairy
• Fruits & Vegetables
• Careers in Agriculture
PLUS:
• Interactive digital exhibits
• Scavenger hunt
• Hands-on STEM activities
✔️ Post-Lesson (after visit)
We can encourage student-led agriculture research projects to extend learning
🌾 Why This is Such a Great Opportunity:
This program helps students:
• Understand where food and fiber come from
• Explore real-world STEM applications
• Discover future careers in agriculture
• See how technology is shaping farming
🙋♀️ Parent Volunteers Needed
To help make this experience run smoothly, I will need a few parent volunteers to assist alongside me and my husband.
Volunteers may help with:
• Supervising small groups
• Assisting with activity rotations
• Helping keep things organized and flowing
