The Chicago Public Media Tent Talks series brings together thought leaders and visionaries to explore songwriting craft and history of folk music and storytelling via panel discussions, speakers, and interviews at Evanston Folk Festival.
Evanston Folk Festival returns to the lakefront at Dawes Park: Saturday, September 12 + Sunday, September 13 from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm. Join us on our spectacular lakefront for a celebration of the rich folk music tradition that has guided Space since day one, and has so many roots in our Evanston community. A folky folk festival if ever there was one, and with the most stunning views of Lake Michigan, we’re honored to be entrusted with this special location and responsibility.
