***The Event***Join Dragon Defense Firearms School for a Tennessee Enhanced Handgun Carry Permit Class on Sunday, October 6, 2024, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, at Bass Pro Shops - Bristol (1 Bass Pro Drive, Bristol, TN). The classroom is located in the store's Conservation Room, in the back of the Camping Department.
***Class Registration***
Class size is limited and registration is required by Wednesday, October 2, 2024 online at dragon-defense.com/bristol-tn-classroom. The cost is $75 per student, for Tennessee residents, 18 years of age and older. Students should have some handgun experience, prior to the day of class.
(Special Note: Virginia residents, 21 and older, may take this course and submit their certificate as documentation of proof of handgun competency, with their Virginia application for concealed handgun permit form).
***Class Details***
This State-designed course provides a greater emphasis on Tennessee laws, has a range qualification, provides you with more carry options in our State, and offers you greater reciprocity in 37 other states, for those that travel for work or leisure.
This Eight-Hour, Instructor-Facilitated Presentation and State-designed Curriculum Covers:
- Firearm Safety - 1 Hour
- Marksmanship - 1 Hour
- Care, Cleaning & Loading - 1 Hour
- State & Federal Laws - 1 Hour
- Weapons Handling - 4 Hours (Includes Range Time/Qualification)

***Special Notes***
Handguns and ammunition will not be allowed in the classroom portion of the course at Bass Pro Shops - Bristol.
