𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 — 𝐀 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐡 is for the way Valentine’s Day actually feels — not just how it’s supposed to look.
For many people, this time of year brings a mix of emotions: connection and longing, gratitude and grief, sweetness and comparison. Even when things are good, the day can be emotionally loud. By the time it passes, the heart often needs care more than celebration.
This sound bath is an invitation to slow down and tend to what’s been stirred. Rather than opening the heart further or revisiting old stories, the focus is on 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. The sound unfolds gently, offering support to the nervous system and creating a sense of being held — without pressure to feel a certain way.
Whether Valentine’s Day felt meaningful, complicated, disappointing, or simply exhausting, you’re welcome here. You don’t need to define your experience or make sense of it. You’re invited to rest, listen, and allow the heart to settle back into balance.
This is a space for care, not performance. Presence, not pressure. A chance to tend to yourself with the same attention and kindness that love — in any form — deserves.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐡?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you’re immersed in soothing sound waves from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. As you relax and listen, your brain shifts into calmer states, helping the body unwind, the mind quiet, and the nervous system settle. Many people use sound baths to ease stress, support emotional release, and reconnect with themselves.
Our sessions may include over a variety of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chakra-tuned sets, crystal quartzophone harp, gongs, chimes, flutes, drums, handpans, kalimba, tingshas, and other traditional instruments from around the world.
