Celebrating Early Summer & the Fire ElementJoin me for a nourishing and celebratory day by the sea, welcoming early summertime and the Fire element — the energy of warmth, joy, connection, and vitality.
Our immersive Tending the Flame Day weaves together gentle movement, elemental practices, creative ritual, and deep rest, in shared reset so we emerge revitalised, open-hearted, and grounded.
What’s included:
💖 Early summer yoga to awaken warmth and circulation
🌸 Fire qigong on the beach, moving with breath, sea, and sunlight
♾️ A guided beach mandala ritual honouring our inner Fire with gratitude and connection

As usual let's car share or use public transport (Ayr bus / train takes approx 50 minutes from Glasgow, connecting bus 20 minutes to Dunure). I will set up a WhatsApp so we can arrange this together x
