Take a moment for yourself and join Austeen for a soothing 75-minute Tender Yoga session.Tender Yoga is a student favorite. This class is about nurturing your body through gentle flexibility and stretching exercises while also cultivating and strengthening the relationship between you and your body.
We’ll stay close to the ground; most of the practice will be done seated, lying down, or on your back, with a touch of kneeling work. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to reconnect with their body in a calm and grounded way.

Where: Adrian College Dance Studio in the Merillat. (First-time comers, I or another student will meet you in the lobby of the Merillat right through the front doors to guide you to the dance studio)
