Tender Self-Love Movement

Tender Self-Love Movement is a safe, nourishing space for women to connect to self and practice self-love in an embodied way. It allows us to be soft and tender with ourselves and in each others presence. We will explore how self-love and safety feels in the body and how we can anchor this embodied state within us.

We will start with an opening circle to welcome us and ground us into the space.

This will be followed by gently-guided movement and embodied self-love practices.

The wonderful sound healer Katariina will close the event with a magical sound bath.

After the closing circle there will be a cosy tea social.

This event is for you when you long to be among like-minded and women, and want to explore your tenderness, your softness, your sensuality, and your femininity. In this space, we will deepen the connection to ourselves, and gain an embodied sense of what it means to feel connected and loving towards oneself.

About your facilitator

Laura is an accredited coach and shamanic practitioner. With her curious spirit, she has devoted her life to exploring deeper and deeper levels of self-love, authenticity, and true connection through the modalities of shamanism, dance, yoga, poetry, somatic psychology, positive psychology, and coaching.

Her coaching and workshops are designed to bring humans into deep connection and presence with themselves, and to deepen trust, compassion, harmony, and confidence of/in self.

Laura holds a Master’s degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, a certificate in body listening, and is currently undergoing deep training in shamanic practices.

Sound Bath Facilitator Katariina

Katariina Vaura is a Singer-Songwriter alumna of the Academy of Contemporary Music and a Sound Bath Facilitator. She creates unique sound baths with different acoustic instruments and technology. Katariina integrates crystal bowls, kalimbas, tongue drums, rainsticks, chimes, shakers , looping machines, self produced digital soundscapes and she weaves in different voice and melody tones with her soulful and angelic voice.

She is passionate about harnessing the power of sound as a healing and self-discovery modality and believes exploring our singing voice can bring us closer to our authentic selves.

She is an advocate of transformation through personal development, creation, somatic practices, dance and cultivating deep, meaningful and joyful connections.
