ten23 day & End-of-Year Celebration

This year, we’re dedicating a full day to internal education, value alignment, and celebration. In the morning and afternoon, ten23 day will bring us together to reflect on our shared values—patients, people, and planet—and to showcase what we’ve already achieved, presented in new and inspiring ways. We’ll also recognize outstanding contributions with awards. In the evening, we’ll continue with our festive End-of-Year Celebration to toast to 2025 and beyond.

• Interactive Discussions & Q&A — share, learn, align.
• Wrap-Up & Transition — shift to the evening celebration

End-of-Year Celebration (from 16:00)

• Welcome drink & mingling
• Music, games & photo booth
• Closing toast and dancing
