Temple yoga in Osaka

Would you like to experience a special yoga session in a traditional Japanese temple?
Temples and shrines exude a sacred atmosphere, allowing you to feel as though time has stopped. In such a serene setting, take the opportunity to reset your mind and bring both your body and spirit back to the present moment.
and also you can interact with locals chatting about Japanese culture:)

【Time】
Gather at 16:45PM
Class from 17:00 to 18:00AM Vinyasa flow Yoga
Class from 18:15-19:15 Meditation Yoga
I will organize international exchanges while eating dinner after yoga (either you will not be attended second class always welcome!)

【Participation Fee】
3,000 yen for 1 class(to be paid in cash on the day)
If you are joining 2 class it will be 5000yen in total (1000yen discount)

【What to Bring】

• Yoga mat (or blanket or bath towel)
• Drinking water
• Towel for wiping sweat

Yoga mats are available for rent at 500 yen.

【Notes】

• Please be punctual; latecomers will not be able to join the class.
• The class is primarily for beginners, but experienced practitioners are also welcome!
• There will be no changing facilities, so please arrive in your yoga attire.
• Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or heavily scented fabric softeners.
• Please eat at least 2-3 hours before the class.
• We are not responsible for any health issues, injuries, or theft.
• Cancellations must be made by 2 days before (one day before 50%refund/on the day 20% refund)
