A biweekly temple space where conversation becomes medicine, presence becomes regulation, and connection becomes remembrance.
This gathering is for people who are ready to move beyond surface-level connection and into deeper self-awareness, honest reflection, and embodied healing. Together, we slow the nervous system, listen to the intelligence of the body, and explore what it means to be human in conscious, relational space.
This is not a performance, a quick fix, or a casual meetup.
It is a container for those willing to be present, curious, and real—with themselves and with others.
