In this experience, you’ll have the space to reconnect with what truly feels good for you, especially during the often stressful and overwhelming holiday season.
The stress of family dynamics, the pressure of saying yes when you mean no, and the need to honor your boundaries are all part of the journey. This experience is an opportunity to explore how to honor yourself and your needs at a soul level. We will help you get clear on what is best for you, so you can feel less scattered, more present, and more aligned with your heart's desires.
Through a combination of embodiment exercises, energy healing, sound, and Tantric practices, you will be supported in stepping into your power and reconnecting with your soul. You will learn to receive more love, nurture, connect to your soul desires, and discover how to say yes to what truly serves you.
Our intention is to create a nurturing environment that empowers you to navigate boundaries with ease, embrace self-love, and receive the love and support you deserve. This sacred space is designed to help you release old patterns, come back to center, and deepen your connection to your soul’s truth.

What to Bring:
-Water bottle
-Yoga mat & props (blanket, blocks, meditation cushion, eye cover for your personal nest)

-Dress comfortably and layers as you may feel hot/ cold
-Something for the altar (you will take your items home with you)
