Temple Nights: An Evening of Live Middle Eastern Dance & Music
The doors are opening...
Beginning Friday, July 17, 2026, The House of Zhor invites you to experience Temple Nights, a weekly celebration of live Middle Eastern dance, music, artistry, and community.
For generations, restaurants, clubs, and intimate venues gave dancers and musicians a place to share their art with live audiences. Over the years, many of those stages have disappeared—but the artists, the music, and the dance are still very much alive.
Temple Nights was created to open a door again.
Each Friday evening, our intimate 25-seat theater will welcome professional featured artists, beautiful rising dancers, singers, musicians, and special guests for an ever-changing evening of live performance.
Come early, enjoy refreshments and snacks, meet the artists, gather with friends, and experience the beauty and excitement of live Middle Eastern dance from only a few feet away.
Temple Nights is more than a show. It is a growing artistic community and a home dedicated to preserving, celebrating, and carrying forward the living art of Middle Eastern dance and music.
For much of my life, I was the dancer looking for the open door.
Now, after all these years, I have become the person holding the door open.
And I invite you to walk through it with us.
