Temple Lab | Elevate

Elevate = expand the practice.
Advance Your Practice with Purpose
Designed for practitioners who are ready to move beyond the basics and explore more progressive elements of their practice.
We work with inversions, arm balances, backbends, advanced transitions, mobility, breathwork, and structural refinement, with an emphasis on safe mechanics and intelligent progression.
Rather than simply chasing advanced poses, Elevate is about understanding how to build toward them through alignment, strength, mobility, awareness, and purposeful practice.
Bring eye mask and versatile comfort clothing.
