Tempe Cares - Annual Day of Service

For the past 32 years, Tempe Cares has helped bring attention to areas of need in and around Tempe, bringing together skilled and unskilled labor of all ages in support of their community.

Tempe neighborhoods lost many trees from the historic microburst in October 2025. Months after the disaster, we are still dealing with the daunting tasks of cleanup and replacing all the fallen trees throughout Tempe. For this year’s project, scheduled for April 25, 2026, our volunteers will be working on restoring the landscape at a part of the Kiwanis Park.
