Join Us Oct. 21 for Tempe’s ADU Free Open House. What’s an ADU? It’s a small, independent home—sometimes called a casita, backyard cottage or in-law suite—that can earn homeowners rental income, add space and offer flexibility for aging in place.
On Oct. 21, we’ll announce the winning designs selected for Tempe’s ADU standard plan library. Using one of these pre-approved plans can save homeowners thousands of dollars.
Thank you to the more than 480 residents who voted and helped shape which plans move forward!
