Hand Up Partners is a 501 C-3 daring to solve homelessness and so much more. Come for a fun day and learn who we are and what we do.
Hand Up Partners has been empowering our homeless community towards self-sufficiency by offering them opportunities to clean city parks, streets and community areas for a $20 stipend and working with them towards full time employment and housing. Recently HUP expanded staff and projects including locker management, obtaining a transitional work house and The Grow Room at The Moravian Church (227 N. Queen St. 2nd floor) which offers creative classes several afternoons a week, including poetry, a music recording studio, and art classes, to both the non-housed and the housed community while offering outreach resources.
