Andrea joined Rock Lititz in 2013 as its very first employee. What started as a startup tucked into Lancaster County has grown into a world-class live event destination — home to over 100 acres of production studios, manufacturing, and rehearsal space where artists like Taylor Swift, U2, and Ariana Grande come to build their tours. Andrea was the driving force behind that growth, bringing a background in mechanical engineering and leadership experience at Lockheed Martin and Bose to one of the most creative industries on the planet.
Today she leads Rock Global — expanding the vision with the upcoming launch of Rock Nashville — and is known for building a culture of care and collaboration that attracts top talent from across the live event world.
In this session, Andrea will share what it takes to build something from the ground up, how to lead with both rigor and heart, and what it looks like to grow a career by staying curious, adaptable, and deeply invested in your team.
