With so many things that divide us, there is one thing we all have in common…we all have a mom.
Tell me about your mom.
Not all of us had a “perfect” mom, or even a “present” mom. Some of us had a “broken mom” or a “good enough mom.” But one thing is for sure, we all have a mother story, even if that mother was our “chosen mother.”
Leah Leach, founder of Gals Guide, is inviting people to come tell her about their mom for a community project.
Create a mini poster using your words or art skills. Mini posters will be on display in the Gals Guide Minnesota Classroom. The posters are to show our commonality.
This event is intentionally held on Carrie Fisher's birthday.
