Tegan is a first-degree black belt with a deep love for martial arts, believing that the challenges on the mats build resilience for life. With a background in Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and over 15 years in the Fitness Industry, she’s been a dedicated teacher and competitor. Tegan has competed and was a medallist at international events like the World Championships, Pan Pacific Championships, and invitational events such as the Boa Super 8 Challenger.
