During our Teens in the Kitchen summer series, we'll be preparing and tasting food from all over the globe!
Jenna will teach basic kitchen skills and teens will leave with a recipe to take home.
This week, we'll be making baba ganoush: a roasted eggplant dip with origins in the Levant region. We will be using a traditonal Lebanese recipe, and will learn a bit about the culture and history of Lebanon.
No prior cooking experience is necessary and no registration is needed- come ready to learn and try something new!
