TEENS (Ages 13-17): Sauteing and Pan Sauces

Sauces accentuate great dishes and can elevate everyday meals. Discover how to sauté and create a main course using only one plan and a little flair.   Perfect basic skills that will help you create fabulous dishes to impress your family and friends, time.

TEENS. For ages 13-17. Teens will practice more advanced skills.

Please escort your Teen to the Cooking School where you will sign in. Teens will not be released from the Cooking School until the adult who signed them in returns to pick them up. The temperature in our Cooking Schools can vary so please ask your Teen to dress in layers, with long hair pulled back, and in closed toe shoes.

• Garlic Shrimp Croustade with Sherry Chile Sauce

• Sirloin Steak with Roquefort, Walnuts, & Red Wine Sauce

• Sautéed Apples with Caramel Sauce and Ice Cream

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
