TEENS (Ages 13-17): American Classics

Teens, ages 13-17

Make a meal that features classic American ingredients in a traditional American meal.  These recipes are sure to become staples for family meals or get-togethers with friends.  You'll create a crisp crust for fried chicken; produce rich, creamy mashed potatoes; enhance your green vegetables with a compound butter; and master a simple, but classic cake. 

TEENS. For ages 13-17. Teens will practice more advanced skills.

Please escort your Teen to the Cooking School where you will sign in. Teens will not be released from the Cooking School until the adult who signed them in returns to pick them up. The temperature in our Cooking Schools can vary so please ask your Teen to dress in layers, with long hair pulled back, and in closed toe shoes.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
