In this course, agents will learn the essential elements of conducting walkthroughs with their Buyer clients. This class will review various terms in the TREC One to Four to help agents understand their Buyer’s rights with concerns of improvements, accessories, exclusions, and access. Agents will also learn what to look for when conducting walkthroughs and receive guidance on when these walkthroughs should happen. Taught by Steve DeLeon.
