Teen yoga with headspace Freo

Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating teen yoga session with headspace Freo and yoga teacher Shanan.

• All levels welcome – come as you are! No previous experience needed & beginners welcome !

• Gentle stretch class with breathwork, mindfulness and self care
• You don't need to come every week, come for the class that suits you best, or attend them all :)
• Yoga can help you experience calm and relaxation.
• There will be meditation bells, incense , candles & soft music

What to bring:

• Yoga mats can be provided or you are welcome to bring your own
• Wear comfy clothes you can move in (there are bathrooms on site to change)
• Don't forget to bring a water bottle and smile!
