Teen Wellness Event & Workout at the Infinity Club
Join us for an empowering evening designed just for teens!
Workout (6–7 PM)
Kick things off with a fun, confidence-building workout led by a female instructor. This session will introduce movement, weight training, and proper use of gym equipment — helping teens feel strong, capable, and comfortable in the fitness space.
Wellness Workshop (7–8 PM)
After the workout, Registered Functional Nurse Mary Beth Henry, RN will lead an interactive session covering:
- Gut Health 101
- How to read nutrition labels with confidence
- Making smart food choices when out with friends
- Connecting the dots between food, hormones, and mental health
Healthy Fuel Provided By The Clean Life Collective
Enjoy Shaklee protein smoothies, electrolytes, and snack bars to refuel and recharge.
This event is all about building strength, confidence, and knowledge — inside and out.
*All parents are welcome to drop off, stay for the entire event or come back for the wellness workshop. The actual workout will just be for the girls.
