Youth Support Circle (Ages 13–18)

This is a private, facilitated support circle for youth who may be navigating stress, emotional challenges, or simply need a safe place to connect.

Many youth today feel overwhelmed, anxious, isolated, or unsure how to express what they’re experiencing. This space was created to support them — without pressure, labels, or judgment.

What to Expect:

• A structured, supervised, and respectful group environment

• Facilitated conversations and practical coping skills

• Connection without pressure to share more than they are comfortable with

• A space where needing help does not exclude participation

Important Information:

• This is a support circle, not therapy or clinical treatment

• This is a private group — registration is required

• Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated

• Safety is a priority; if a participant needs additional support, families may be contacted and appropriate resources provided

Schedule:

1st & 3rd Fridays

4:30–6:30 PM (2 hours)

First Session Experience:

The first session is offered at no cost to allow youth and families to experience the environment before committing.

This applies once per participant.
