Farm-to-Table Summer Camp for Teens (Ages 13–18)

Join Nourish Farms for a hands-on Farm-to-Table Summer Camp where teens will experience the journey of food from the field to the plate!
Over three afternoons, participants will spend time in the gardens planting, harvesting, and learning about fresh, seasonal produce before heading into the kitchen to prepare delicious recipes using ingredients from the farm with Mr. Strege.
Camp Menu:
🌱 Day 1: Root Vegetable Chips & Ranch Dip
Make crispy homemade root vegetable chips featuring our Harvest of the Month—beets—served with a ranch dipping sauce.
🍝 Day 2: Homemade Pasta Primavera
Learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch and transform it into a colorful, seasonal Pasta Primavera packed with fresh vegetables.
🍰 Day 3: Olive Oil Cake
Bake a light and flavorful olive oil cake and finish it with a variety of toppings.
This camp is perfect for teens who enjoy cooking, gardening, trying new foods, and learning where their food comes from. Participants will leave with new culinary skills, gardening knowledge, and recipes they can recreate at home.
The cost per student is $75. Pre-registration is required and registration will close five days prior to the camp start date. Nourish reserves the right to cancel this event should the minimum number of participants not be met. If this instance occurs, refunds will be made to registrants in full.
