We’re excited to invite the community to Session 2 of our Teen Resilience and Mental Health Initiative with Dr. John Avritt from The Mindset Counseling Group on Thursday, January 15, 2026 from 6PM-7:30PM. These sessions are engaging, fun, and interactive, while also providing teens with practical tools to build resilience and healthy coping skills they can use in everyday life.
Please note that attending the first session is not required. While the sessions do build on one another, each one is designed to be beneficial and meaningful on its own.
