Teens today are carrying more than most people realize. Between school, social pressure, family stress, and growing up in a world that never turns off, emotional load can build quickly. We want to help before it reaches a breaking point.We are partnering with Dr. John Avritt and his team at The Mindset Counseling Group to bring a FREE, interactive resilience workshop series to our community. These sessions focus on emotional wellness, healthy coping skills, confidence building, and real tools that teens can use in everyday life.
The workshops are open to everyone, including teens, parents, caregivers, coaches, educators, and youth mentors.
