Join us at Grasonville Park for an exciting afternoon with teens (ages 12-18 only) playing pickleball and tennis! All skill levels are welcome, whether you have grown up with a racket in your hand or this will be your first time on the courts. It will be about having fun and enjoying active time among friends. Your teens do not have to purchase their own pickleball or tennis rackets to participate. For those who do have rackets, the registration form asks how many of each tennis and/or pickleball rackets you have and whether you are comfortable sharing them.

ABOUT THE PARK:
While it is a smaller park compared to the Route 18 park, it has become one of our favorites. There is one tennis court, two pickleball courts, and a basketball court that appear to have been recently resurfaced. The woods surrounding three sides of the courts give it a wonderful natural feel. There is a small playground, a nature trail, and a field for the younger siblings.

PARKING:
There is one parking lot with ample parking.
MEETING TIME and PLACE:
Meet at the courts at 1:30pm to sign in.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
In the event of inclement weather, I will update the event and e-mail those who have registered advising of the indoor option when one is available or cancel until the next Wednesday meetup.
REGISTRATION is due by Monday, November 17.

Please do not bring unregistered participating guests on the day of the event. Responding “going” to the Facebook Event will not be recorded as registered. Thank you and hope you can join us!

NOTE: As long as there are teens interested in these recreational meetups, they will continue in the afternoon on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month at a park on the Eastern Shore of Maryland in Kent, Queen Anne's, Talbot, and Caroline counties. Mark your calendars for the upcoming meetup dates. A Facebook Event with details will be created as we get closer to each date. Private message me if you have any questions.
