DOUBLE ELIMINATION- 3/3. BAR RULES. THIS IS SCOTCH. First time trying a teenage tournament. Lets see how it goes! We have a teenager, and other players with teens with interest in the game! Lets give the new generation a time to shine! Must be between 13-18 yrs old with a parent or legal guardian as your partner. Prior knowledge of the game is preferred but not necessary.
