Narrative art is artwork created in response to writing.
This three-part workshop is designed for high school students to create a narrative art piece influenced by the style of local artist and poet River Maria Urke, whose narrative art series, The Trickster's Domain, is currently featured at Art’s House Gallery. Students will learn to create outside the box by selecting a poem and integrating art of any type with natural materials and lost & found items, fostering creativity and artistic expression.
Location: Art’s House Gallery, Riverwalk Square, 127 N Main St.
