Teen Hang Time

Hang Time is a teen aerial and movement night built around music, movement, creativity, and community. The vibe is relaxed, welcoming, and social with good music, snacks, freestyle movement, and space to connect with others while exploring aerial arts and acrobatic flow in a low pressure environment.
Each Hang Time features a beginner to intermediate featured skill on aerial apparatuses or floor movement, along with guided exploration, open flow time, and opportunities to build confidence, creativity, and community. Not a traditional class. More like a movement based social experience.
