Teen Girls Group at Aldinga Term 1 2026. Over 6 weeks, a 1hour 15 min session, girls aged 12–14 to explore friendships, self-confidence, self worth and tools for managing stress in a supportive, nature-based setting. Through guided discussions, fun activities, girls will strengthen resilience, develop emotional awareness, and build positive peer connections to compliment navigating their early Highschool years. Outcomes are increased confidence, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of identity and decision making.
Final session for a parent to join and grow their connection with their daughter.
